Participants shared their honest experiences, from “I don’t have time” to “I’m just too tired” — and turned them into something more practical and motivating 
– why modern life is so sedentary;
– whether healthy living is realistic or just ideal;
– what small habits actually work.
Everyone reflected on their own habits and finished with one small change they’re ready to try.
Because sometimes, it’s not about big goals — it’s about small steps.
