Is a stress-free life possible? How do you cope with everyday hassles? The participants of an English Practice shared their thought with each other. Firstly we talked about some reasons for being stressed and why this is happening in our life’s. After that we read the article “3 Tips to Manage Stress” and improved our vocabulary by learning some new phrases.



At the end we did a “Stress” quiz on the WordWall platform which was very fun and useful. Hope one day we all will have a stress-free life
