А хто святкує сьогодні свій День народження? Певно, що багато хто. А от громадяни Сполучених штатів Америки сьогодні відзначають День народження цілої країни! Адже сьогодні 4 липня – найбільше національне свято - День Незалежності Сполучених Штатів Америки! В цей день у 1776 році відбулося підписання Декларації незалежності США, затвердженої Континентальним Конгресом, і 13 штатів перестали бути колоніями, а об’єдналися в єдину державу.  І саме цей день відтоді вважається Днем народження Сполучених Штатів Америки як вільної та незалежної країни. Це день парадів по усій Америці, день сімейних пікніків та феєрверків! And who is celebrating his birthday today? Probably many. But the citizens of the United States today celebrate the birthday of the whole country! Today, July 4th - the largest national holiday - Independence Day of the United States of America! On this day, in 1776, the signing of the Declaration of Independence was approved by the Continental Congress, and 13 states ceased to be colonies, but united in an independent country. And that very day has since been considered the birthday of the United States of America as a free and independent country. It's the day of parades throughout America, the day of family picnics and fireworks!
