August 12 is considered as International Youth Day.
That’s why today’s online English Speaking Practice for young learners was bursting with energy, bright ideas, and inspiring discussions!
We gathered with teenagers from Kherson and Mariupol — active, dedicated participants of our meetings — to explore the topic “Youth Run the World.” Together, we learned powerful new vocabulary like empowerment, activism, innovation, and change-maker, and practiced using these words in real conversations.
We kicked off with lively debates on whether young people make better leaders, and we were truly impressed — our students knew exactly what they wanted in life and spoke with confidence. After that, we reinforced the target vocabulary through engaging speaking games that sparked creativity and teamwork.
Once again, our participants proved that young voices matter — and when they speak up, the world listens.
